Canada officially recognizes Pink Shirt/Anti-Bullying Day annually on the last Wednesday of February. This is a day to remind ourselves of the importance of respect for one another.
The theme for this year is I Choose Kindness. This theme presents us with an important reminder in our current reality where there is so much suffering, anxiety and depression.
Let us continue to sow the seeds of kindness, hope and encouragement wherever we are!
